- Install Ms Office on your system
- Open outlook
- (If First use... one dialog box appears you. Out look 2007 start up click next...
- Email account information.. Click on Yes then Next
- Add email account (Do not configure here..) Click on Manually Configure Server Settings or Additional Server Types Click Next
- Choose Email service : Put click on Internet Email Click on Next
- Give User Information
- Account type is "POP3" for Gmail , "IMAP" for Yahoo.
- In coming server name : mail.google.com
- Out going server name : mail.google.com
- Put right tick on Require log on using secured password authentication (SPA)
- After complete this action... Do not click on Next button
- Click on TEXT ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- Here outlook checks the data is correct or not.. if correct it send an E-Mail to your account.
- If errors shown once again check the data is correct or not.
- Finally click ok. Your account configure to MS Outlook.
